Ckitchen.com is proud to offer Vulcan Cheesemelters. We feature three types of Cheesemelters. The VCM, ICM and ELectric Cheesemelter series. VCM Cheesemelters feature: energy efficient gas infrared burners, 3 position chrome plated heavy duty rack guides and grid rack, standing pilot ignition, 3/4" rear gas connection and pressure regulator, 20 1/2" deep x 19 1/16" high, removable full width stainless steel spillage pan for easy cleaning and maintenance and an all stainless steel interior. The ICM line features: an infrared burner design which delivers fast heat-up times, stainless steel front, sides and top which looks good and cleans easily, an aluminized steel interior and exterior bottom panel, chrome-plated wire shelf—standard with 3 rack positions, 17 1/2" deep x 21 1/4" high. The Electric Series features: stainless steel body construction, solid-state controls, rack-activated quartz heaters save energy, 4 position rack locator, 208 or 240 V, 1-Phase electrical connection required. The High performance electric cheesemelter can be wall or counter mounted.
