for easy clean-up. Hotplates have one powerful 18,000 BTU/hr burner in each 6" broiler section with infinite control manual gas valves. They also feature performance enhancing supercharger plates, standing pilot ignition system, 11 ½" working height which allows the unit to be installed on refrigerated bases and with the whole line of Achiever Hotplates and Vulcan Griddles. Achiever Hotplates have the best temperature profile of charbroilers in its class.
